Foods That You Should Avoid To Stay Fit

The majority people I meet believe that they’re quite healthy. And why not! If everyone says it’s healthy you would trust them. You cannot blame them as well. With all of the perplexity surrounding tagging and promotion, buzzwords like “sugar-free,” “all-natural” and even “organic” can be actually confusing at times.

To make things a bit easier for you, here’s a listing of the top foods you should avoid if you want to stay fit. Many of these are actually confused as health foods. Instead, many are secret sugar bombs, foods that put your body into irritation overdrive, and can toss your hormones into a harmful state or they’re contaminated with critically gross compounds.

  1.  Fruit juice 

 Fruit juice is just as hazardous as soda when you’re drinking it in abundance. Imagine of it in this approach: When you sit down to drink an 8-ounce glass of orange juice, you’re consuming the juice of four average-sized oranges in literally seconds — or a few minutes at the maximum. Evaluate this to how long it would take to eat four oranges as a whole, and you can make out how eating fruit in its whole form is the best way. Plus, you also get all the fiber and not just the juice.

The human body is not intended to deal with that sort of fructose overload. While glucose acts as a fuel for our body, fructose is processed more or less exclusively in the liver, where it’s transformed into fat.

Better Choice: Fresh Fruits- (Well this is probably the best option).

    2. Sugar alcohols

Sugar alcohols are usually found in sugar-free chewing gum, sugar-free baked goods and other sugar substitutes. Xylitol is one of the most popular forms of all. Others contain erythritol, isomalt, lactitol, maltitol, mannitol, sorbitol etc. While frequently advertised as natural, these sweeteners undertake extreme processing and are often derived from GMO ingredients like corn. Some of these products are also associated with allergic reactions, headaches, SIBO symptoms, itchiness, gas and bloating.

Better Choice- Raw Honey

    3.  White Table Salt 

Formerly created from mined salt, developed table salt theoretically starts as a “real” food then rapidly becomes fake. Producers utilize harvesting techniques that shred off all its naturally-stirring raw materials and then use an amount of additives to dry it and heat it up to temperatures of about 1,200 degrees. White table salt results into hypertension; however, that hasn’t prevented more than 95 percent of restaurants from accumulating it on each table and food bar.

Better Option - Celtic sea salt and Himalayan salt.

    4. Artificial Sweeteners 

Alas, a lot of doctors suggest artificial sweeteners because they are apparently harmless for diabetics because they are low on the glycemic indicator. Satirically, latest research has revealed that artificial sweeteners causes a disorder in gut flora and can in fact cause diabetes. Sugar alternatives have been clinically connected to allergies, bladder cancer and brain tumors.

 

Better Option: monk fruit or raw honey (in restraint) for sweetening.

    5. Coffee

 The advantages of drinking coffee are genuine. But those incredible benefits are off the list when you put in other coffee ingredients into the combination. I’m talking about extreme sugar found in those well-liked lattes. All of that sugar, mostly high-fructose corn syrup, is thrashing our livers and even adds up to non-alcoholic fatty liver diseases. Also, coffee drinks generally enclose gut-damaging carrageenan in whipped cream.

 Better Option: Black coffee

So it’s high time to throw all these so called “healthy products” out of your kitchen and take the better option to take a step towards a better life.
